1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the FXCORE100 website or purchasing, downloading or using any FXCORE100 product (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use our products.
2. Our services
FXCORE100 provides software tools for analysing and trading foreign exchange and cryptocurrency markets, including Expert Advisors, technical indicators and related educational content.
Our products are analytical and automation tools. FXCORE100 is not a broker, does not hold client funds, and does not provide personalised investment advice.
3. Licences
When you purchase a product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on the number of trading accounts stated at the time of purchase.
- You may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute our software or licence keys.
- You may not decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our products.
- We may revoke a licence that is used in breach of these terms.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in full at checkout. Lifetime licences are a one-time payment and include future updates for that product.
Because our products are delivered digitally and can be used immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a product does not work as described, contact support within 14 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
5. Risk disclosure
Trading foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your capital.
Any performance figures, testimonials, backtests or examples are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for any losses you incur.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Services you agree not to:
- break any applicable law or the rules of your broker or exchange;
- interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- use the Services to distribute malware, spam or misleading information;
- misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with FXCORE100.
7. Intellectual property
All content, software, trademarks and branding on the Services belong to FXCORE100 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
8. Limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXCORE100 is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
